Can Positive Thinking Change Your Life?

DREAM your next adventure!

Life can often create a depressed state of mind due to the pressures people endure. The Zodiac is a great world of advice and affirmation that is available everywhere to create a continuity of how to think positively in order to set back those depressed thoughts. By reading what type of person your birthdate structures you as can enlighten you into what you can achieve with little difficulty. Understanding your birth chart and how your world is suppose to work takes work and I find it is tougher to do than to say your doing it!

Affirmation or Law of Attraction is basicly the art of studying a thought process that you can believe in. The Zodiac is a pattern of behaviour given to each birth date, so to continually feel the positivity inside whether you are following it religiously or casually can only come with understanding and practice of structures. Studies have shown that people who accept defeat sportingly are the happier strata of people and they have an optimistic attitude towards life, some signs are automatically happier and more casual in life but others need to work on the positivity.

Thoughts can cause you to add unnecessary deep meaning into simple issues that occur through the day with friends or life in general, and these thoughts can build anxiety or fear. Another form is to experience frustration when activities do not go to plan. With a positive attitude and constantly chanting the goal you desire, you can overcome these sudden urges to slip into negitivity.

Do you feel you are not as happy as you would like to be?

Do you get angry with yourself or others at the slightest mistake?

Experiencing these attitudes are the opposite of positivity so learning positive thinking strategies can start to make life easier and happier. Only an optimistic person can lead a happy and peaceful life. We are not all optimistic within, many of us have to train and become that way.

Do you understand what the term positive thinking is and how important it is to you?

The answer is that positive thinking is a process of thinking everything in life or surroundings from a positive or brighter side – even if it reflects a negative tone.

The outlook and approach towards a task should be from a positive attitude.

The thought in your head must enlighten the positive aspects instead of the negative, discouraging thoughts. Once you change your attitude from instantly negative to an optimist, you will experience the good vibes.

With a positive attitude you will find good things will surround you and give you more energy to move forward in times where depression could have previously been the feeling that evolved.

The MAJOR question is; how do you suddenly change from being a pessimist to an optimist, when the world is telling you who you are?

Well unfortunately, it is not a matter of a sudden change or changing your thinking process within a day. It will take time, your practices of the strategies on a daily basis and your willingness to exercise discipline and repetition. You have to learn to identify your inner voice. This is the first step to create the changes.

To learn to identify your inner voice, and trying to always to speak in a positive manner, does not come without effort and a recalculation of your thoughts. For instance, if you are asking yourself a question, “Am I not capable of doing this work?” instead you would ask, “Am I capable of doing this work?” It reflects a positive attitude. Throughout your day work on finding examples in your daily life where you can take notice of your approach how you could think about the topic, positivly first!.

Therefore, if you are willing to change your life for the good, then use a little patience and learn to train yourself to think positively.

Impossible is Just a Word

Everyone, at some point of his or her life, has dreamed of being somebody special, somebody big. Who hasn’t fantasized about being the one who hits the game-winning homer? Who hasn’t dreamed of being the best content creator? And how many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful, or happy with our relationships?

Often, we dream big dreams and have great aspirations. Unfortunately, our dreams remain just that – dreams. And our aspirations easily collect dust in our mind.

This can be the repitition of a sad turn of events in our life instead of experiencing exciting adventures in self actualization. We can get caught up in the humdrum of living from day-to-day and just existing instead of living the DREAM and fulfilling the desires we seek!

But you know what? Life could be so much better, if only we learned to aim higher.

The most common problem we encounter in setting goals is the word impossible. Most people get hung up thinking I can’t do this. It’s too hard. It’s too impossible. It takes too much effort to change! No one can do this! If everyone thought like this there would be no inventions, no innovations, and no breakthroughs in human accomplishment just a plain jane life.

Remember that scientists were baffled when they took a look at the humble bumblebee. Theoretically, they said, it was impossible for the bumblebee to fly. Unfortunately for the bumble bee no one has told it so. So fly it does. On the counter side of life some people (differing star signs) suffer from dreaming totally outrageous dreams and not acting on them. The result? Broken dreams, and tattered aspirations. Learning the complete science behind you Zodiac sign can enlighten you as to who you are and what you can achieve.

If you limit yourself with self-doubt, and self-limiting assumptions, you will never be able to break past what you deem impossible. If you reach too far out into the sky without working towards your goal, you will find yourself clinging on to the impossible dream. So take the time to understand YOU first and then introduce those daily routines that start your thoughts on a road of positivity and then build on that to accomplish your DREAMS!

Try this exercise. Take a piece of paper and write down some goals in your life. Under one header, list down things ‘you know you can do’. Under another header, write the things ‘you might be able to do.’ And under one more, list the things that that are ‘impossible for you to do.’

Now look at all the headers strive every day to accomplish the goals that are under things ‘you know you can do’. Check them when you are able to accomplish them. As you slowly are able to check all of your goals under that heading, try accomplishing the goals under the other header-the one that reads ‘you might be able to do.’

As of the items you wrote under things I could do are accomplished, you can move the goals that are under things that are ‘impossible for you to do’ to the list of things ‘you might be able to do.’

As you iterate through this process, you will find out that the goals you thought were impossible become easier to accomplish. And the impossible begin to seem possible after all.

You see, the technique here is not to limit your imagination. It is to aim high, and start working towards that goal little by little. However, it also is unwise to set a goal that is truly unrealistic.

Those who just dream towards a goal without working hard end up disappointed and disillusioned.

On the other hand, if you told someone a hundred years ago that it was possible for man to be on the moon, they would laugh at you. If you had told them that you could send mail from here to the other side of the world in a few seconds, they would say you were out of your mind. But, through sheer desire and perseverance, these impossible dreams are now realities. In older times the royals depended on the Zodiac to guide their financial decisions and many emotional decisions, so with the research laid out and history of success behind us we have the ability to not only become a happier person but one with greater achievements accomplished.

Thomas Edison (an Aquarian) once said that genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. Nothing could be truer. For one to accomplish his or her dreams, there has to be a pattern of hard work and discipline, (or rarely pure luck). But take note that that 1% has to be a think-big dream, and not some easily accomplished one.

Ask any gym rat and he or she will tell you that there can be no gains unless you are put out of your comfort zone. Remember the saying, “No pain, no gain”? That is as true as it can be.

So dream on, friend! Don’t get caught up with your perceived limitations. Think big and work hard to attain those dreams by understanding who you are and what you want from life. As you step up the ladder of progress, you will just about find out that the impossible has just become a little bit more possible.
