1. Who can use Luv1111
Luv1111 is for people aged 18 and over. By using it, you confirm you are 18 or older.
2. What a reading is, and what it isn’t
Luv1111 readings use tarot-style cards as a tool for personal reflection. A reading is not a prediction of future events, not proof of any fact, and cannot know another person’s thoughts or intentions.
Readings are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship-counselling advice. Please don’t make important decisions based only on a reading. If you are in danger or distress, contact emergency services on 000, Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732.
3. How readings are written
The free reading combines written card meanings with the positions in its spread. Paid Clarity Draw readings and follow-up answers are generated by artificial intelligence (AI) using the details you enter and the cards drawn, guided by our own written card meanings and safety rules. AI-generated text can be imperfect. Use your own judgement about what resonates.
For some topics (for example health, pregnancy, suspected cheating, abuse or a crisis), Luv1111 will not give a reading and will point you to support instead.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Paid readings are one-off purchases: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. What you enter
Please don’t enter names, surnames, workplaces or other details that identify you or anyone else. Don’t use Luv1111 to harass, threaten or harm anyone, or to try to break or misuse the service.
7. Our content
The card illustrations, card meanings, text and design of Luv1111 belong to us. You may save, print and share your own reading for personal use.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on a reading. Our liability for any paid reading is limited to resupplying it or refunding what you paid for it. This does not limit any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use Luv1111 applies.
